Nursery Fees @ BarBar

At all of our Nurseries, children who attend for JUST the 15 hours "Free Entitlement" under the "Free for 3 & 4" Grant scheme or "2yr pilot" Grant scheme (conditions apply) FREE  means FREE - no fees are charged!!

Fees are only payable if children attend for more than 15 hours

Hot cooked lunch is optional and costs £2 per day

The Free for 3 and 4 grant is for children in the term AFTER their third birthday and is for 15 hours of FREE CHILDCARE until the child starts school.

The cut off points in an academic year are:-

ü     Children born before 31st March

ü     Children born before 31st August

ü     Children born before 31st December.

We cannot alter these cut-off dates- they are laid down by the Government.

Funding is for 38 weeks per academic year- school term times only.

From January 2012

Fees include all meals and snacks-except school aged children who need to bring a packed lunch

Nappies and formula need to be provided

No parent duties are required at BarBar

Fees reduce the month after the child’s second birthday

We offer a 5% discount for full time children and for the oldest sibling

Additional Useful Information

All fees are payable at the start of the month for the month that follows- by standing order

No deposits are required at BarBar

Absences and holidays are chargeable

Sick children should not be brought to Nursery

No fees are due when the setting is closed- i.e. Bank Holidays, Weekends and from 24^th December until 2^nd January

The setting will remain open during snow as staff live close to the Nurseries- health and safety permitting

We accept most child care vouchers including Busy Bees, Care 4, Accor, Sodexho, Edenred, Kiddi Vouchers, Computer Serve, The Salary Exchange
